SPIRITUAL JOURNEY TO CHARDHAM

The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is believed to be one of the twelve Jyotirlingas in India. It is said that by visiting Kedarnath, one can attain salvation and achieve moksha or liberation from the cycle of birth and death.


The final stop on the Chardham Yatra is Badrinath, which is located in the Chamoli district and is situated at an altitude of 3133 meters above sea level. The temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is believed to be one of the 108 Divya Desams or holy abodes of Lord Vishnu. It is said that by visiting Badrinath, one can attain moksha and achieve eternal happiness.


Undertaking the Chardham Yatra requires a lot of physical and mental strength, as the journey involves trekking through rugged terrain and high-altitude regions.
