A spiritual journey to Chardham is an experience like no other. It is a journey that takes you through the four holy shrines in the Indian state of Uttarakhand, namely Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath. Each of these shrines is dedicated to a Hindu deity and is believed to hold immense spiritual significance.

The Chardham Yatra is not just a physical journey, but it is also a journey of the soul. It is a pilgrimage that is undertaken by millions of devotees every year who seek to connect with their inner selves and with the divine. It is said that by undertaking this journey, one can attain spiritual enlightenment and cleanse oneself of all sins.

The journey begins at Yamunotri, the source of the river Yamuna, which is believed to be the sister of Yama, the god of death. The shrine is located in the Uttarkashi district and is situated at an altitude of 3293 meters above sea level. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Yamuna and is believed to offer salvation to those who take a dip in its holy waters.

The next stop is Gangotri, which is the source of the river Ganga. The shrine is located in the Uttarkashi district and is situated at an altitude of 3048 meters above sea level. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Ganga, and it is believed that by taking a dip in the holy waters of the river, one can wash away all their sins.

The third stop is Kedarnath, which is located in the Rudraprayag district and is situated at an altitude of 3584 meters above sea level. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is believed to be one of the twelve Jyotirlingas in India. It is said that by visiting Kedarnath, one can attain salvation and achieve moksha or liberation from the cycle of birth and death.

The final stop on the Chardham Yatra is Badrinath, which is located in the Chamoli district and is situated at an altitude of 3133 meters above sea level. The temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is believed to be one of the 108 Divya Desams or holy abodes of Lord Vishnu. It is said that by visiting Badrinath, one can attain moksha and achieve eternal happiness.

Undertaking the Chardham Yatra requires a lot of physical and mental strength, as the journey involves trekking through rugged terrain and high-altitude regions. However, the rewards of this journey are immense, as it is believed that by undertaking this pilgrimage, one can attain spiritual fulfillment and connect with the divine.

In conclusion, a spiritual journey to Chardham is a journey of the soul that takes you through some of the holiest shrines in India. It is a journey that requires a lot of physical and mental strength, but the rewards of this journey are immense. By undertaking this pilgrimage, one can attain spiritual enlightenment, cleanse oneself of all sins, and achieve moksha or liberation from the cycle of birth and death.

Kestrel Aviation is a swindlers of their own kind. Their services to Shri Kedarnath were suspended due to an accident where probably they were not at fault. They never bothered to inform either the customers or the IRCTC. I saw hundreds and hundreds of devotees stranded on the Phata helipad and all the senior staff was missing. They could have told gracefully that their services were suspended and people would not have started from their homes. This was really mean attitude.

They also did not help at all for the refunds. We had to approach IRCTC with complaints and then only some action took place. Deplorable attitude and people. PLEASE AVOID them!!!!
