Meet and Greet For Chardham Yatra Charter Services:

 

Dehradun is the main base for Heli-tours. It is the starting & ending point of the helicopter for the Chardham Yatra. Our representatives will pick you up from the Dehradun airport. After relaxation and refreshment in the Hotel. In the evening the welcome dinner and detailed briefing of Chardham Yatra. Overnight stay at the Hotel in Dehradun.

ITINERARIES:-

 

Day 01:  Visit To Yamunotri Dham:

The blessed Chardham Yatra will begin in the morning from the Dehradun Sahatradhara Helipad by flying to Kharsali Helipad (for Yamunotri Temple). Travel from the Kharsali helipad to the temple is a 6 k.m. stretch which will be covered by Pony/ Palki or Trek. After darshan, we come back to Kharsali for sightseeing and an Overnight stay.

 

Program Summary:

  • Flying from Dehradun to Kharsali Helipad.

  • Kharsali Helipad to Yamunotri temple is a 6 km trek (each side) by riding on a pony or by palki.

Day 02: Visit To Gangotri Dham: 

After breakfast, the Group shall be flying from Kharsali Helipad to Harsil Helipad. From Harsil, we drive to The Gangotri ji temple. The distance is around 22 Kilometers. We have taken care to arrange a VIP darshan for all our clients. Pandit Ji is also available for special Poojan. Harsil is a beautiful valley with dense forests and green mountains. On the way, there are many splendid spots where you can enjoy the beauty of nature and click photos to make your journey memorable. You will be blessed by the evening Aarti darshan at Gangotri Temple. Dinner and Overnight stay at Dharali / Harsil.

 

Program Summary:

  • Flying from Kharsali Helipad to Harsil Helipad.

  • Harsil to Gangotri temple by car.

  • Dinner and Overnight stay at Dharali / Harsil.

Day 03: Visit To Kedarnath Ji:  

Early morning, we drive to Harsil Helipad. On arrival, we fly to Sersi Helipad. Then we again fly/continue to Kedarnath from our own same Helipad. The Temple is approx. 500 meters away from the helipad and will take approx. 15 min to reach. The Pandit ji will accompany the group and lead us for the VIP darshan in Kedarnath temple. After Darshan and Poojan, the group will fly back to Sersi helipad. We will have lunch and Passengers can visit ancient Triyuginarayan or Kalimath/ Vishwanath Mandir & Overnight stay at Guptkashi located at the banks of the river Mandakini.

 

Program Summary:

  • Harsil Helipad to Sersi Helipad.

  • Sersi to Kedarnath ji.

  • Kedarnath ji Darshan.

  • In the Afternoon come back to Guptkashi for an Overnight stay.

 

 

Day 04: Visit To Badrinath Ji:   

The group is headed towards the Helipad at Sersi Helipad. From the Helipad we proceed to Badrinath ji shrine. On arrival at Badrinath Helipad, The group will check in to the hotel. After Lunch, we will be going to Mana village, the last border village of India with China for sightseeing. In the evening, the Passengers will attend Swarna Aarti at Badrinath Temple followed by dinner and an overnight stay at Badrinath.

  • Going to Sersi Helipad

  • From Sersi Helipad to Badrinath Helipad

  • Afternoon sightseeing at Mana Village

  • Evening Swarna Aarti

Day 05: Departure:   

After breakfast, while we are heading back to Dehradun, remember to see the beautiful overview of the Region, especially the picturesque view of the confluences, which is an eye-candy for nature lovers. We will fly between the beautiful valleys of thick forests and over five confluences like Vishnu Prayag, Nanda Prayag, Karna Prayag, Rudra Prayag, and Dev Prayag. We will come back and drop by the helipad.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Each person is allowed to carry only one single bag with a maximum of 3-5 Kg weight in the Helicopter.

  • Kestrel Aviation travel bags will be provided. Therefore, we discourage bringing too much luggage. In case, if you have any extra luggage you can keep it in the Hotel cloakroom.

  • Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full tickets.

  • There is no provision for concession tickets to children or senior citizens.

  • The full amount has to be deposited within 30 days ahead of the Journey.

  • If the Best Chardham Yatra By helicopter 2024 is delayed due to bad weather or other unexpected circumstances, the journey will be rescheduled for the next available day, or the unused portion of the travel (Rs.20,000/- Dham for each client) will be returned.

  • If a customer requests a reschedule, the original booking will be considered canceled and a new booking will be made based on available seats.

  • Cancellation is permitted at least 15 days before the scheduled departure date.

  • If the booking is canceled within 20 days, 50% of the cost will be refunded.

  • If the booking is canceled within 15 days, 25% of the money will be refunded.

  • All extras (food, beverages, and other services) requested by the consumer will be at their expense.

  • Any meals or services that are not used or only partially used are nonrefundable.

  • The pilgrims must keep to the itinerary.

  • The company has the right to change the itinerary in the event of adverse weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • In the event of an extended stay or travel due to an unforeseen reason, the customer is responsible for the proportionate tour cost.

  • The company will not be responsible for any change in the itinerary caused by natural

 

Guidelines For Passengers:

  • Pilgrims need to carry only handbags as suitcases cannot be carried in the helicopter. We encourage using the Kestrel Aviation travel bag.

  • All temples in Chardham are located in high-altitude areas. Pilgrims are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle with them as a precaution. It is available at medical shops.

  • Passengers have to submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any weight change is found at the time of their travel from the submitted weights, which would exceed our aircraft’s weight carrying capacity, passengers would be de-boarded & canceled for the Helitour without any refund.

  • In respect of COVID-19, all necessary measures issued by the state & central governments would have to be adhered to by all the pilgrims for their own as well as other safety & health.

 

  • Fitness: All pilgrims should be physically fit. It is better to do some jogging and other light exercise as you prepare for this journey.

  • In these locations, the temperature will fall to 10 degrees Celsius or less at night. Therefore, pilgrims are advised to carry woolen clothes.

  • Photography: still cameras/ portable video cameras are allowed in Himalayan ranges but not inside the temple. Please do not attempt to take pictures inside the temples.

  • Communication: Although all private mobile phones have coverage, BSNL/Jio network service mobile is better in most places.
